Returns & Exchanges

Ron Dorff offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. We strive to ensure a seamless process for all international returns and size exchanges to maintain our commitment to quality and service.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS or DHL shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized collection point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
